She Was So Tired
She was so tired after her long trip that night, that Leila slept very well. She was so tired, she could barely talk without crying. She lay down on a bed, but something didn’t feel right. She was a little afraid, too, for her house was a long way from the road and it was seldom that people came there at night. Had she heard something? She thought about going outside to say hello, but she was so tired that she didn’t even hear them open the door. Maybe it was just a very, very real dream. You know dreams sometimes do seem very real.
